NY Sustainable Brewery Summit

RIT's New York State Pollution Prevention Institute (NYSP2l) is hosting the NY Sustainable Brewery Summit May 4 and May 11, from 1 PM - 3:30 PM (EDT). The two-part virtual event will discuss sustainability and pollution prevention best practices, focusing on three key areas:
  1. The need for sustainability in brewing
  2. Real-world solutions for energy, water, and chemical use reduction
  3. Communicating sustainability with your supply chain and the public
Topics
May 4 -- Best Practices for Water & Chemical Reduction
May 11 -- Waste Reduction & Energy Conservation

(This is for the May 11th event.)

Why Attend?
The summit will help participants gain a better understanding of the challenges impacting the craft and microbrewery community and offer guidance to help measurably reduce environmental impacts in their operations and enhance sustainability across the industry. The summit is ideal for brewers, brewery employees, sustainability resources supporting the craft brewery industry, and craft beverage enthusiasts.

Hear from key brewery leaders, sustainability subject matter experts, and craft beverage panelists as they discuss energy conservation, wastewater challenges, driving sustainability and more!
