DEC has received a Brownfield Cleanup Program (BCP) application for a site known as White Plains Chrysler Car Dealership, site ID #C360209. This site is located in the City of White Plains, within the County of Westchester, and is located at 70 Westchester Avenue. Public comments about the application must be submitted by February 5, 2021.

This site is located in the City of Flushing, within the County of Queens, and is located at 161-03 – 161-11 29th Avenue. Public comments about the application and draft work plan must be submitted by February 5, 2021.

DEC invites the public to comment about a proposed remedy to address contamination related to the NM - Troy Water St. Manufactured Gas Plant (MGP), site ID #442029 (Troy, Rensselaer County) within New York’s Manufactured Gas Plant Program. Public comments about the proposal will be accepted through February 5, 2021.

A virtual public meeting also has been scheduled: January 28, 2021 at 7:00 PM via Webex to discuss the proposal and accept public comments.
