DEC has received a Brownfield Cleanup Program (BCP) application and Draft Remedial Action Work Plan for a site known as 542 West 29th Street, site ID #C231136. This site is located in the Chelsea neighborhood of the Borough of Manhattan within the County of New York and is located at 538-542 West 29th Street. Public comments about the application and draft work plan must be submitted by September 14, 2019.
