DEC has received a Brownfield Cleanup Program (BCP) application, Draft Interim Remedial Measure Work Plan and Supplemental Remedial Investigation Work Plan for a site known as 204 4th Avenue, site ID #C224295. This site is located in the Borough of Brooklyn within the County of Kings and is located at 204 4th Avenue. Public comments about the application and draft work plans must be submitted by July 5, 2019.

DEC invites the public to comment about a draft plan to investigate contamination related to the 2840 Atlantic Avenue Site (Brooklyn), within New York's Brownfield Cleanup Program. Public comments about the draft plan will be accepted through July 5, 2019.
