Minimum Qualifications

Civil Service requirements
Bachelor's degree and seven years of professional experience in project management which must include planning and at least three other of the management process groups: origination (including governance/work intake, portfolio management, capacity/demand planning); initiating; executing; controlling; and, closing. This experience must include the development of project management deliverables, such as scope statements, schedules, budgets, quality plans, risk plans, and communication plans.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience leading projects with significant IT modernization and organizational transformation goals
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams consisting of IT, program area, and contractor resources
  • Demonstrated ability to champion technical and organizational change
  • Demonstrated ability to align project goals and activities with strategic goals in an effort to create actionable tasks.
