Regulatory Flexibility Analysis for Small Businesses and Local Governments 6 NYCRR Part 215, Open Fires

In order to ensure public safety the NYS Department of Environmental Conservation (Department) by this emergency rule making is expanding the high fire-risk burn ban period through October 10th.
