Title 6 of the Official Compilation of Codes, Rules and Regulations of the State of New York (NYCRR), Part 10 "Sportfishing Regulations", is amended as follows:

§ 10.2 Boundary water fishing regulations.

Existing subparagraph 10.2(h)(3)(iv) is repealed.
