The Governor's Office of Regulatory Reform hereby authorizes the Department of Environmental Conservation, based on its request received on March 20, 2009 and revised on April 30, 2009, to submit a revised rulemaking to amend 6 NYCRR Parts 608.1, 608.3,608.6, 621.4 and 673, Changes Dam Safety and Permit Requirements to be Consistent with ECL.
Please include a copy of this authorization letter when you submit your rulemaking to the Department of State for publication.
