This rulemaking amends 6 NYCRR 200.9 and 200.10 to update the incorporation by references to include the Federal National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP) regulations as they appear in the July, 2005 version of the Code of Federal Regulations. This rulemaking also incorporates by reference the December 16, 2005 Federal Emissions Guidelines for existing Other Solid Waste Incinerators and the May 10, 2006 amendments to the Guidelines for existing large Municipal Waste Combustors.
