1. The SARA 313 -TRI FORM R and FORM A's (both hard-copy and magnetic media) only should be submitted to the address below:

3. Submission Schedule and Forms

The State will follow the USEPA submission schedule including any extension of last date of submission. There is no state-specific requirement or submission fee for TRI.

The New York State will accept the USEPA TRI forms on both hard-copy and magnetic media, but is unable to receive reports via the Web at this time.
