§210-5.1 Warranty requirements

Manufacturers shall provide the warranty and warranty statement required by California Code of Regulations, title 13, sections 2445.1 and 2445.2 (see Table 1, section 200.9 of this Title) for personal watercraft produced and delivered for sale in New York.

§210-5.2 Reporting

The department may request and, in such cases, the engine manufacturer must provide, any documents that describe that engine manufacturer's warranty procedures or policies.
