§210-6.1 Production-line test procedures

Each manufacturer must comply with the provisions of California Code of Regulations, title 13, section 2446 (see Table 1, section 200.9 of this Title) for personal watercraft produced and delivered for sale in New York.

§210-6.2 Reporting

The engine manufacturer must maintain sufficient records as required by California Code of Regulations, title 13, section 2446 (see Table 1, section 200.9 of this Title) regarding their production-line testing program. These records are not required to be submitted to the department unless specifically requested, in writing, by the department.
