§261.1 General classification

The air quality within the political boundaries of Allegany County shall be maintained using Levels II and I as set forth in Part 256, Ambient Air Quality Standards--Classification System, for the areas described in the following sections.

§261.2 Level II

All that area within the following boundaries:

(a) The corporate limits of the Village of Alfred.

(b) The corporate limits of the Village of Cuba.

(c) Commencing at the intersection of the Wellsville village line and Trapping Brook Road; thence clockwise along the village line to Fassett Lane; thence westerly along Fasset Lane to Philips Road; thence northerly along Philips Road to the Wellsville-Scio town line; thence clockwise along the town line to Route 19; thence easterly along a straight line to the interesection of the Wellsville village line and North Hill Road; thence clockwise along the village line to East State Road; thence northeasterly along East State Road to Route 17; thence northeasterly along Route 17 to Wightman Hollow Road; thence due south to Trapping Brook Road; thence westerly along Trapping Brook Road to the beginning point.

§261.3 Level I

All that area in Allegany County not delineated as Level II.
