Sec.
§262.1 General classification
The air quality within the political boundaries of Broome County shall be maintained using Levels III, II, and I as set forth in Part 256, Ambient Air Quality Standards--Classifications System, for the areas described in the following sections.
§262.2 Level III
All that area bounded by a line commencing at the Broome-Tioga county line and the Endicott village line; thence clockwise along the village line to Watson Boulevard; thence easterly along Watson Boulevard to Cutoff Road; thence northeasterly along Cutoff Road to Harry L. Drive; thence easterly along Harry L. Drive to Stella-New Ireland Road; thence southeasterly along Stella-New Ireland Road to Prospect Street; thence easterly along Prospect Street to Front Street; thence northerly along Front Street to Interstate Route 81; thence easterly along Interstate Route 81 to the Binghamton city line; thence clockwise along the city line to Conklin Avenue; thence westerly along Conklin Avenue to Collier Street; thence southerly along Collier Street to Vestal Parkway; thence westerly along Vestal Parkway to the Broome-Tioga county line; thence northerly along the county line to the beginning point.
§262.3 Level II
All that area within the following boundaries:
(a) The corporate limits of the Village of Deposit.
(b) Commencing at the New York-Pennsylvania State line and Interstate Route 81; thence northerly along Interstate Route 81 to Evans Road; thence northeasterly along Evans Road to Burch Road; thence northerly along Burch Road to the Kirkwood-Windsor town line; thence northerly along the Kirkwood town line to the Fenton town line; thence counterclockwise along the Fenton town line to Winn Hill Road; thence northerly along Winn Hill Road to Ballyhack Road; thence northerly along Ballyhack Road to Route 369; thence northerly along Route 369 to Stillwater Road; thence northwesterly along Stillwater Road to North Fenton-Green Road; thence northerly along North Fenton-Green Road to the Fenton town line (Broome-Chenango county line); thence counterclockwise along the Fenton town line to the Chenango town line; thence westerly along the Chenango town line to the Maine town line; thence westerly and northerly along the Maine town line to Dunham Hill Road; thence westerly along Dunham Hill Road to Route 26; thence southwesterly along Route 26 to Newark Valley Road; thence northwesterly along Newark Valley Road to the Broome-Tioga county line; except that area delineated as Level III.
§262.4 Level I
All that area in Broome County not delineated as Levels III and II.
