§263.1 General classification
The air quality within the political boundaries of Cattaraugus County shall be maintained using Levels II and I as set forth in Part 256, Ambient Air Quality Standards--Classifications System, for the areas described in the following sections.
§263.2 Level II
[Environmental Conservation Law, § 15, 77]
All that area within the following boundaries:
(a) The corporate limits of the Village of Gowanda.
(b) The corporate limits of the City of Salamanca.
(c) Commencing at the intersection of West River Road and the Allegany-Olean town line; thence northwesterly along West River Road to Four Mile Road; thence northerly along Four Mile Road to Five Mile Road; thence northerly along Five Mile Road to the Allegany village line; thence clockwise along the village line to West Five Mile Road; thence northerly along West Five Mile Road to a point due west of the junction of Five Mile Road and Back Olean Road; thence due east to said point; thence southeasterly along Back Olean Road to the Olean city line; thence clockwise along the city line to Route 16; thence due east to the Olean-Portville town line; thence southerly along the town line to Happy Hollow Road; thence easterly along Happy Hollow Road to Faulkner Road; thence due east to Haskell Parkway; thence due south to East River Road; thence northwesterly along East River Road to the Olean city line; thence clockwise along the city line to West River Road; thence westerly along West River Road to the beginning point.
§263.3 Level I
All that area in Cattaraugus County not delineated as Level II.
