§264.1 General classification

(a) The air quality within the political boundaries of Cayuga County shall be maintained using Levels III, II, and I as set forth in Part 256, Ambient Air Quality Standards--Classifications System, for the areas described in the following sections.

(b) The classification of the air over Lake Ontario, Cayuga Lake and Skaneateles Lake and their islands shall be the same as the classification of the adjacent land mass.

§264.2 Level III.

All that area bounded by a line commencing at the intersection of Genesee Street and Auburn-Aurelius city line; thence clockwise along the city line to North Street (Route 34); thence northerly along Route 34 to County House Road; thence northeasterly along County House Road to Mutton Hill Road; thence southerly along Mutton Hill Road to Route 5; thence southwesterly along Route 5 to Lewis Street; thence southerly along Lewis Street to East Genesee Street; thence southerly along a straight line to the junction of Osborne Street and Elizabeth Street; thence westerly along Elizabeth Street to South Street; thence southerly along South Street to Fitch Avenue; thence westerly along Fitch Avenue to Garrow Street; thence northwesterly along Garrow Street to Genesee Street; thence southwesterly along Genesee Street to the beginning point.

§264.3 Level II

All that area bounded by a line commencing at the junction of Route 20 and Town Hall Road; thence southerly along Town Hall Road to Swartout Road; thence westerly along Swartout Road to Route 38A; thence southwesterly along a straight line to the intersection of Route 38 and Stone School Road; thence westerly along Stone School Road to Silver Street; thence northwesterly along a straight line to the intersection of Route 34 and Skillet Road; thence westerly along Skillet Road to Ridge Road; thence northerly along Ridge Road to Fitzpatrick Road; thence westerly along Fitzpatrick Road to Route 326; thence northerly and easterly along Route 326 to Half Acre Road; thence northerly along Half Acre Road to Canoga Road; thence northwesterly along Canoga Road to Turnpike Road; thence northeasterly along Turnpike Road to Route 5; thence southerly along Route 5 to Chestnut Ridge Road; thence southerly along Chestnut Ridge Road to Franklin Street; thence easterly along Franklin Street to Prison Farm Road; thence southerly along Prison Farm Road to Route 20; thence westerly along Route 20 to the beginning point; except that area delineated as Level III.

§264.4 Level I

All that area in Cayuga County not delineated as Levels III and II.
