§265.1 General classification

(a) The air quality within the political boundaries of Chautauqua County shall be maintained using Levels III, II and I as set forth in Part 256, Ambient Air Quality Standards--Classifications System, for the areas described in the following sections.

(b) The classification of the air over Lake Erie shall be the same as the classification of the adjacent land mass.

§265.2 Level III

All that area within the following boundaries:

(a) Commencing at the intersection of Willard Street and the Jamestown city line; thence easterly along Willard Street to the Ellicott-Poland town line; thence northerly along the town line to the Falconer village line; thence counterclockwise along the village line to Route 17; thence southwesterly along Route 17 to Buffalo Street; thence westerly along Buffalo Street to North Main Street; thence due west to the Jamestown city line; thence southerly along the city line to Newland Avenue; thence easterly along Newland Avenue to Foote Avenue; thence northerly along Foote Avenue to Camp Street; thence easterly along Camp Street to the Jamestown city line; thence northerly along the city line to the beginning point.

(b) Commencing at the intersection of the easterly boundary of the city of Dunkirk with the Lake Erie shoreline; thence southerly along the city line to a point due east of the intersection of East Fifth Street and Main Street; thence due west to said intersection; thence westerly along Fifth Street to Brigham Road; thence due west to the Dunkirk city line; thence westerly along the city line to the Lake Erie shoreline; thence northeasterly along the shoreline to the beginning point.

§265.3 Level II

All that area within the following boundaries:

(a) The corporate limits of the village of Westfield.

(b) Commencing at the junction of the Portland-Pomfret town line and Lake Erie shoreline; thence southerly along the town line to Berry Road; thence easterly along Berry Road to the Fredonia village line; thence counterclockwise along the line to Lake View Road; thence easterly along Lake View Road to the Pomfret-Sheridan town line; thence northerly along the Sheridan town line to the Governor Thomas E. Dewey Thruway (Interstate Route 90); thence northeasterly along the Thruway to Newell Road; thence northerly along Newell Road to Route 5; thence due north to the Lake Erie shoreline; thence southwesterly along the shoreline to the beginning point; except that area delineated as Level III.

(c) Commencing at the intersection of the Harmony-Busti town line and Baker Street Extension; thence easterly along Baker Street Extension to Garfield Road; thence southeasterly along Garfield Road to the Busti-Kiantone town line; thence due east to Route 60; thence southerly and easterly along Route 60 to Route 62; thence northerly along Route 62 to Dailey Hill Road; thence northwesterly along Dailey Hill Road to Cobb Road; thence westerly along Cobb Road to Sprague Hill Road; thence southwesterly along Sprague Hill Road to Route 17; thence westerly along Route 17 to the Ellicott-Poland town line; thence due west to Route 60; thence northerly along Route 60 to Moon Road; thence westerly along Moon Road to the Ellery-Ellicott town line; thence clockwise along the Ellery town line to the North Harmony-Busti town line; thence southerly along the town line to Route 17J; thence westerly along Route 17J to Fardink Road; thence southwesterly along Fardink Road to Stone Ledge Road; thence southerly along a straight line to the beginning point; except that area delineated as Level III.

All that area in Chautauqua County not delineated as Levels III and II
