Sec.
§267.1 General classification
The air quality within the political boundaries of Chenango County shall be maintained using Levels II and I as set forth in Part 256, Ambient Air Quality Standards Classifications System, for the areas described in the following sections.
§267.2 Level II
All that area within the following boundaries:
(a) Commencing at the intersection of Route 23 and the Plymouth-Norwich town line; thence counterclockwise along the Plymouth town line to Country Club Road; thence due east to East River Road; thence southerly along East River Road to Route 23; thence southwesterly along Route 23 to the Norwich city line; thence clockwise along the city line to Canasawacta Creek; thence northerly along Canasawacta Creek to Route 23; thence northwesterly along Route 23 to the beginning point.
(b) Commencing at the intersection of the Afton-Bainbridge town line and Route 7; thence northerly along Route 7; thence northerly along Route 7 to the Bainbridge village line; thence clockwise along the village line to the Susquehanna River; thence due south to the Afton-Bainbridge town line; thence westerly along the town line to the beginning point.
§267.3 Level I
All that area in Chenango County not delineated as Level II.
