Part 271: Delaware County

§271.1 General classification

The air quality within the political boundaries of Delaware County shall be maintained using Levels II and I as set forth in Part 256, Ambient Air Quality Standard--Classifications System, for the areas described in the following sections.

§271.2 Level II

All that area within the following boundaries:

(a) The corporate limits of the Village of Delhi.

(b) The corporate limits of the Village of Hancock

(c) The corporate limits of the Village of Sidney.

(d) The corporate limits of the Village of Walton.

(e) Commencing at the intersection of the Delaware-Broome county line and the Deposit village line (north side); thence clockwise along the village line to Route 17; thence southerly along Route 17 to Airport Road; thence due west to the Delaware-Broome county line.

§271.3 Level I

All that area in Delaware County not delineated as Level II.
