§276.1 General classification
The air quality within the political boundaries of Fulton County shall be maintained as set forth in Part 256, Ambient Air Quality Standards--Classifications System, using Levels II and I as detailed below.
§276.2 Level II
All that area within the following boundaries:
§276.3 Level I
All that area in Fulton County not delineated as Level II.
(a) Commencing at the intersection of Glebe Street and the Fulton-Montgomery county line; thence northerly along Glebe Street to the Johnstown city line; thence northerly along the city line to Route 29; thence easterly along Route 29 to Harrison Street; thence northerly along Harrison Street to the Gloversville city line; thence northeasterly along the city line to Route 30A; thence northeasterly and northerly along Route 30A to Phelps Street; thence westerly along Phelps Street to Route 309; thence southeasterly along Route 309 to West State Street; thence westerly along West State Street to West Bush Road; thence southwesterly along West Bush Road to Maple Avenue Extension; thence southerly along Maple Avenue Extension to the Johnstown city line; thence southerly along the Johnstown city line to the Fonda, Johnstown, and Gloversville Railroad; thence southwesterly along the railroad to the Fulton-Montgomery county line; thence easterly along the county line to the point of beginning.
(b) Commencing at the intersection of Route 331 and the Fulton-Montgomery county line; thence northerly along Route 331 to Twin Church Road; thence westerly along Twin Church Road to Allen Road; thence northeasterly and northwesterly along Allen Road to County Road 150; thence westerly along County Road 150 to County Road 108; thence westerly along County Road 108 to County Road 120; thence northerly along County Road 120 to Dolgeville village line; thence counterclockwise along the village line to the Fulton-Herkimer County line; thence counterclockwise along the Herkimer county line to the point of beginning.
