§277.1 General classification
The air quality within the political boundaries of Genesee County shall be maintained using Levels II and I as set forth in Part 256, Ambient Air Quality Standards--Classifications System, for the areas described in the following sections.
§277.2 Level II
All that area bounded by a line commencing at the intersection of the Leroy-Pavilion town line and Asbury Road; thence clockwise along the Leroy town line to Westacott Road; thence westerly along Westacott Road to the Bethany-Stafford town line; thence northerly and westerly along the Bethany town line to the Alexander-Batavia town line; thence westerly along the town line to Wortendyke Road; thence northerly along Wortendyke Road to Route 5; thence northeasterly along Route 5 to Kelsey Road; thence northerly along Kelsey Road to the Governor Thomas E. Dewey Thruway (Interstate Route 90); thence easterly along the Thruway to Byron Road; thence southerly along Byron Road to the Prole Road Extension; thence southeasterly along Prole Road Extension to Prole Road; thence southerly along Prole Road to Horseshoe Lake Road; thence easterly along Horseshoe Lake Road to Morganville Road; thence southeasterly along Morganville Road to East Morganville Road; thence northeasterly along East Morganville Road to Randall Road; thence easterly along Randall Road to Route 19; thence northeasterly along Route 19 to the Lehigh Valley Railroad; then easterly along the Lehigh Valley Railroad to Circular Hill Road; thence easterly along a straight line to a point on Oatka Creek due north of the intersection of Church Road and Gulf Road; thence due south to the intersection of Church Road and Gulf Road; thence southerly along Church Road to Route 5; thence westerly along Route 5 to Asbury Road; thence southerly along Asbury Road to the beginning point.
§277.3 Level I
All that area in Genesee County not delineated as level II.
