Sec.
§283.1 General classification
The air quality within the political boundaries of Livingston County shall be maintained using Levels II and I as set forth in Part 256, Ambient Air Quality Standards--Classification System, for the areas described in the following sections.
§283.2 Level II
All that area within the following boundaries:
(a) The corporate limits of the Village of Geneseo.
(b) Commencing at the intersection of Route 245 and the North Dansville-Ossian town line; thence clockwise along the North Dansville town line to Route 63; thence southerly and southeasterly along Route 63 to the Dansville village line; thence clockwise along the village line to the intersection of Route 245 with the westerly portion of the village line; thence northwesterly along Route 245 to the beginning point.
§283.3 Level I
All that area in Livingston County not delineated as Level II.
