Sec.
§284.1 General classification
The air quality within the political boundaries of Madison County shall be maintained using Levels II and I as set forth in Part 256, Ambient Air Quality Standards--Classifications System, for the areas described in the following sections.
§284.2 Level II
All that area within the following boundaries:
(a) The corporate limits of the Village of Hamilton.
(b) Commencing at the intersection of the Lenox-Oneida city line and Governor Thomas E. Dewey Thruway (Interstate Route 90); thence westerly along the Thruway to Main Street; thence southerly along Main Street to the Canastota village line; thence counterclockwise along the village line to Oxboro Road; thence southerly along Oxboro Road to the Lenox-Lincoln town line; thence east along the town line to the Oneida-Lincoln city line; thence counterclockwise along the city line to the beginning point.
§284.3 Level I
All that area in Madison County not delineated as Level II.
