Sec.
§288.1 General classification
(a) The air quality within the political boundaries of the City of New York shall be maintained as set forth in Part 256, Ambient Air Quality Standards--Classifications System, using Level IV as detailed below.
(b) The classification of the air over the waters within the corporate limits of the city shall be the sane as the classification of the adjacent land mass.
