§295.1 General classification

(a) The air quality within the political boundaries of Oswego County shall be maintained using Levels III, II, and I as set forth in Part 256, Ambient Air Quality Standards--Classifications System, for the areas described in the following sections.

(b) The classification of the air over Lake Ontario and Oneida Lake and their islands shall be the same as the classification of the adjacent land mass.

§295.2 Level III

All that area bounded by a line commencing at the junction of East Seneca Street and Oswego city line; thence southwesterly along East Seneca Street to East 4th Street; thence southerly along East 4th Street to Utica Street; thence westerly along Utica Street to Oswego city line; thence clockwise along the city line to the beginning point.

§295.3 Level II

All that area within the following boundaries:

(a) Commencing at the intersection of the Oswego-Hannibal town line and Route 104; thence northerly along Route 104 to Route 104A; thence due north to the Lake Ontario shoreline; thence northeasterly along the shoreline to a point due north of the junction of County Road 1A and Lakeview Road; thence due south to said point; thence southerly along Lakeview Road to County Road 1; thence westerly along County Road 1 to Creamery Road; thence southerly along Creamery Road to Klocks Corners Road; thence southerly along Klocks Corners Road to Myers Road; thence southerly along Myers Road to County Road 45; thence southerly along County Road 45 to Diston Road; thence southerly and southwesterly along Diston Road to County Road 57; thence southerly along County Road 57 to the New York, Ontario and Western Railroad (main line); thence southerly along the railroad to the Fulton city line; thence clockwise along the city line to the Delaware, Lackawanna and Western Railroad (north side of city boundary); thence northerly along the railroad to the Minetto-Granby town line; thence westerly along the Granby town line to the Oswego-Hannibal town line; thence westerly along the town line to the beginning point; except that area delineated as Level III.

(b) Commencing at the intersection of Interstate Route 81 and the Oswego-Jefferson county line; thence easterly along the county line to a point due north of the junction of Center Road and Willis Drive; thence due south to Little Sandy Creek; thence westerly along Little Sandy Creek to the Lacona village line; thence clockwise along the Lacona village line to the Sandy Creek village line; thence clockwise along the Sandy Creek village line to Interstate Route 81; thence northerly along Interstate Route 81 to the beginning point.

§295.4 Level I

All that area in Oswego County not delineated as Levels III and II.
