Part 301: Saratoga County

§301.1 General classification

The air quality within the political boundaries of Saratoga County shall be maintained using Levels III, II and I as set forth in Part 256, Ambient Air Quality Standards--Classifications System, for the areas described in the following sections.

§301.2 Level III

All that area bounded by a line beginning at the intersection of Fifth Street and Main Street in the village of South Glens Falls; thence northwesterly along Main Street to the Saratoga-Warren county line (Hudson River); thence easterly along the Saratoga-Warren county line to the Washington county line; thence southerly along a straight line to the intersection of Ferry Boulevard and Bluebird Road; thence westerly along Ferry Boulevard to Fifth Street; thence southwesterly along Fifth Street to the point of beginning.

§301.3 Level II

All that area within the following boundaries:

(a) The corporate limits of the Village of Corinth.

(b) Commencing at the intersection of Route 197 and the Saratoga-Washington county line; thence westerly along Route 197 to Route 9; thence due north to the Saratoga-Warren county line; thence clockwise along the Saratoga county line to the point of beginning; except that area delineated as Level III.

(c) Commencing at the intersection of Route 67 and the Saratoga-Montgomery county line; thence easterly along Route 67 to the Ballston Spa village line; thence clockwise along the village line to Route 50; thence northeasterly along Route 50 to the Saratoga Springs city line; thence clockwise along the Saratoga Springs city line to the Delaware and Hudson Railroad; thence northeasterly along the railroad to Interstate Route 87; thence southwesterly along Interstate Route 87 to Route 9; thence southerly along Route 9 to Route 67; thence southeasterly along Route 67 to the Mechanicville city line; thence easterly along the city line to Brickyard Road; thence northeasterly along Brickyard Road to Van Ness Road; thence easterly along Van Ness Road to the Stillwater village line; thence clockwise along the village line to the Saratoga-Washington county line; thence clockwise along the Saratoga county line to the point of beginning.

§301.4 Level I

All that area in Saratoga County not delineated as Levels III and II.
