Sec.
§302.1 General classification
The air quality within the political boundaries of Schenectady County shall be maintained using Levels III, II, and I as set forth in Part 256, Ambient Air Quality Standards--Classifications System, for the areas described in the following sections.
§302.2 Level III
All that area within a line commencing at the intersection of Campbell Road (Avenue) and the Schenectady city line; thence clockwise along Campbell Road to Route 5S; thence due northeast to the Glenville-Rotterdam town line; thence easterly along the town line to the Schenectady city line; thence clockwise along the Schenectady city line to Route 7; thence westerly along Route 7 to the Schenectady city line; thence clockwise along the Schenectady city line to the beginning point.
§302.3 Level II
All that area east of a line commencing at the intersection of the Schenectady-Albany county line and Parkers Corners Road (Old State Road); thence westerly along Parkers Corners Road to Route 406; thence westerly along Route 406 to Pangburn Road; thence northerly along Pangburn Road to the Delaware and Hudson Railroad; thence northeasterly along the Delaware and Hudson Railroad to the Governor Thomas E. Dewey Thruway (Interstate Route 90 thence northerly and northwesterly along the Thruway to the Schenectady-Montgomery county line; except that area delineated as Level III.
§302.4 Level I
All that area in Schenectady County not delineated as Levels III and II.
