Sec.
§303.1 General classification
The air quality within the political boundaries of Schoharie County shall be maintained using Levels II and I as set forth in Part 256, Ambient Air Quality Standards--Classifications System, for the areas described in the following sections.
§303.2 Level II
All that area bounded by a line commencing at the intersection of the Cobleskill village line and Barnerville Road; thence northeasterly along Barnerville Road to Pine Hill Road; thence southeasterly along Pine Hill Road to Central Bridge Back Road; thence northeasterly along Central Bridge Back Road to Route 148; thence southerly along Route 148 to the Delaware and Hudson Railroad; thence northeasterly along the Delaware and Hudson Railroad to Schoharie Creek; thence southerly along Schoharie Creek to Route 7; thence southwesterly and westerly along Route 7 to Snyder Brothers Road; thence southerly along Snyder Brothers Road to Route 145; thence northwesterly along Route 145 to Mineral Springs Road; thence westerly along Mineral Springs Road to the Cobleskill village line; thence clockwise along the village line to the beginning point.
§303.3 Level I
All that area in Schoharie County not delineated as Level II.
