§310.1 General classification

(a) The air quality within the political boundaries of Tompkins County shall be maintained using Levels II and I as set forth in Part 256, Ambient Air Quality Standards--Classifications System, for the areas described in the following sections.

(b) The classification of the air over Cayuga Lake shall be the same as the classification of the adjacent land mass.

§310.2 Level II

All that area within the following boundaries:

(a) Commencing at the intersection of the Tompkins-Cayuga county line and Route 34B; thence southeasterly along Route 34B to Algerine Road; thence due southwest to the Cayuga Lake shoreline (east side); thence northwesterly along the shoreline to the Tompkins-Cayuga county line; thence easterly along the county line to the beginning point.

(b) Commencing at the Enfield-Ulysses town line and Van Dorn Road; thence southerly along Van Dorn Road to Route 327; thence easterly along Route 327 to the Enfield-Ithaca town line; thence counterclockwise along the Ithaca town line to King Road; thence southerly and southeasterly along King Road to Jersey Hill Road; thence easterly along Jersey Hill Road to Comfort Road; thence southerly along Comfort Road to Miller Road West; thence easterly along Miller Road West to Miller Road East; thence easterly along Miller Road East to Coddington Road; thence northerly along Coddington Road to Caroline Depot Road; thence easterly along Caroline Depot Road to White Church Road; thence northerly along White Church Road to Lounsbery Road; thence northeasterly along Lounsbery Road to Thomas Road; thence northerly along Thomas Road to Ellis Hollow Road; thence northerly along a straight line to the intersection of Baker Hill Road and Mount Pleasant Road; thence northwesterly along Baker Hill Road to Route 366; thence northeasterly along Route 366 to Route 13; thence northwesterly along Route 13 to Zeman Road; thence northerly along Zeman Road to Freeville Road; thence westerly along Freeville Road to the Dryden Lansing town line; thence northerly along the town line to Peruville Road; thence westerly along Peruville Road to Route 34; thence northerly along Route 34 to Bowers Road; thence westerly along Bowers Road to Conlon Road; thence southerly along Conlon Road to Wilson Road; thence westerly along Wilson Road to Brickyard Road; thence northwesterly along Brickyard Road to Ludlowville Road; thence northerly and westerly along Ludlowville Road to Route 34B; thence northwesterly along Route 34B to Sperry Lane; thence due southwest to the Ulysses-Lansing town line (Cayuga Lake); thence southeasterly along the town line to a point due northeast of the junction of Perry City Road and Route 89; thence due southwest to said point; thence westerly along Perry City Road to Van Dorn Road; thence southerly along Van Dorn Road to the beginning point.

§310.3 Level I

All that area in Tompkins County not delineated as Level II.
