§312.1 General classification
(a) The air quality within the political boundaries of Warren County shall be maintained using Levels III, II and I as set forth in Part 256, Ambient Air Quality Standards--Classifications System, for the areas described in the following sections.
(b) The classification of the air over Lake George and its islands shall be the same as the classification of the adjacent land mass.
§312.2 Level III
All that area bounded by a line commencing at the intersection of Ridge Street and Dix Avenue in the City of Glens Falls; thence easterly along Dix Avenue and Lower Dix Avenue to the Warren-Washington county line; thence southerly along the Warren-Washington county line to the Warren-Saratoga county line (Hudson River); thence westerly along the Warren-Saratoga county line to Glen Street; thence northwesterly along a straight line to the intersection of School Street and Park Street; thence northwesterly along School Street to South Street; thence northeasterly along South Street to Glen Street; thence southeasterly along Glen Street to Bay Street; thence northerly along Bay Street to East Washington Street; thence easterly along East Washington Street to Ridge Street; thence northerly along Ridge Street to the point of beginning.
§312.3 Level II
All that area bounded by a line commencing at the junction of Mud Pond Road and the Warren-Washington county line; thence northwesterly along Mud Pond Road to Jenkinsville Road; thence northerly along Jenkinsville Road to the Adirondack State Park boundary; thence counterclockwise along the Park boundary to Gleason Road; thence due south to the Warren-Saratoga county line; thence counterclockwise along the Warren County line to the point of beginning; except that area delineated as Level III.
§312.4 Level I
All that area in Warren County not delineated as Levels III and II.
