Sec.
§313.1 General classification
The air quality within the political boundaries of Washington County shall be maintained using Levels II and I as set forth in Part 256, Ambient Air Quality Standards--Classifications System, for the areas described in the following sections.
§313.2 Level II
All that area within the following boundaries:
(a) The corporate limits of the village of Granville.
(b) Commencing at the intersection of Fair Haven Turnpike and the Whitehall village line; thence counterclockwise along the village line to Route 4 (east side of village); thence easterly along Route 4 to Route 273; thence due north to Fair Haven Turnpike; thence westerly along Fair Haven Turnpike to the point of beginning.
(c) Commencing at the intersection of Bulson Road and Route 40; thence easterly along Bulson Road to Hegeman Brook Road; thence southerly along Hegeman Brook Road to Louse Hill Road; thence easterly along Louse Hill Road to Stafford Hill Road; thence easterly along Stafford Hill Road to the Greenwich village line; thence counterclockwise along the Greenwich village line to Route 29 (northwest corner of the village); thence northwesterly along Route 29 to Route 40; thence due west to the Batten Kill; thence southwesterly along the Batten Kill to the Greenwich and Johnsonville Railroad; thence southerly and easterly along the railroad to Route 40; thence southerly along Route 40 to the beginning point.
(d) Commencing at the intersection of Casey Road and the Washington-Warren county line; thence easterly along Casey Road to Tracy Road; thence easterly along Tracy Road to Underwood Road; thence easterly along Underwood Road to Geer Road; thence southeasterly along Geer Road to Route 4; thence due east to Hartman Road; thence due south to the Champlain Canal; thence southwesterly along the Canal to the Fort Edward village line; thence clockwise along the village line to the Washington-Saratoga county line; thence northerly along the Washington county line to the point of beginning.
§313.3 Level I
All that area in Washington County not delineated as Level II.
