§102.1 Applicability
Tillman Road Wildlife Management Area in Erie County, New York (area).
§102.2 Restrictions
No person shall:
(a) hunt or trap on the area, except by written permission of the Department of Environmental Conservation (department);
(b) operate a boat on the area without permission of the department;
(c) operate any motorized vehicle on the area;
(d) take unleashed pets on the area;
(e) erect any structures without permission of the department;
(f) possess alcoholic beverages while on the area;
(g) conduct a picnic, athletic event, or outing by a group or organization in excess of 25 persons without written permission by the department;
(h) enter or remain upon the area for any purposes whatsoever between the period one-half hour after sunset to one-half hour before sunrise without written permission of the department.

Written permission may be obtained by contacting the NYS Department of Environmental Conservation, Bureau of Wildlife, 270 Michigan Avenue, Buffalo, NY 14203-2999.
