Part 105: Public Use Of The Cranberry Mountain Wildlife Management Area

§105.1 Applicability

The provisions of this Part apply to the Cranberry Mountain Wildlife Management Area, located in the Town of Patterson, Putnam County.

§105.2 Prohibitions

(a) The prohibitions of Part 51 of this Title apply to the area.

(b) Except by prior written authorization by the regional supervisor of natural resources, no person shall:

(1) operate any motorized vehicle on the area, except in designated parking areas;

(2) park beyond the limits of a posted quota for vehicles, or outside of a designated parking area;

(3) build or maintain an open fire; or

(4) discharge a firearm, except at legally huntable wildlife.

§105.3 General provisions

(a) Users of the area must comply with all regulatory signs posted by the department.

(b) The department may eject any person from the area for behavior that endangers the general safety of persons using the area or interferes with the management and use of the area's natural resources.
