§108.1 Applicability
(a) The provisions of this Part shall apply to that portion of the Braddock Bay Fish and Wildlife Management Area (management area) located in Monroe County, Town of Greece, under the jurisdiction of the Department of Environmental Conservation.
§108.2 Discharge of firearms
No person may discharge a rifle, handgun, pistol or revolver on the management area.
