Part 151: Propagation and Sale Of Fur-Bearing Animals

(Statutory authority: Environmental Conservation Law, §11-1907)



§151.1 Application and Fee

Upon the payment to it of a fee of twenty-five dollars, the department shall issue to the applicant a license permitting him to keep fur-bearing animals under the provisions of section 11-1907 of the Fish and Wildlife Law for one year from a time therein stated.

§151.2 Construction

No person purchasing fur-bearing animals from such licensee shall have them in possession during the closed season, even though purchased during the open season, unless such person shall have a license under section 11-1907 of the Fish and Wildlife Law.

§151.3 Renewal of License

In order to authorize the continuance of such licenses thereafter, the licensee shall renew application each year, and the fee for renewal of license shall be twenty-five dollars.
