Forms for NYS Perchloroethylene Dry Cleaners
Part 232 and the Federal Perchloroethylene (Perc) NESHAPS have certain reporting requirements for all Perc dry cleaning facilities. For example, §232.8 (c), Operation and Maintenance Requirements, states, "The department will provide an operation and maintenance checklist to the facility. Each operation and maintenance function and the date performed must be recorded on the checklist. Completed checklists must be maintained on-site for at least five years from the date of the checklist."
The Department is responsible for providing necessary forms and checklists to owners/managers. All forms which may be needed by a NYS perc dry cleaner are now available on this page or by mail upon request.
