Update on the status of the peregrine falcon

The comeback story of the peregine falcon, Falco peregrinus, began in the 1980s thanks to a successful restoration program. Once encountered only rarely in New York State, the peregrine falcon can be seen much more regularly today, due to increasing wild populations and the popularity of nest webcams nbroadcast via the internet.
