Email Notices through DEC Delivers

DEC Delivers offers subscribers great flexibility. We invite you to give it a try!

Sign up to receive email notices concerning those subjects you are most interested in.

YOU choose:
Subscribe to as many topics as you wish. We offer many topics to choose from that cover nearly every aspect of our work in addition to very specific topic announcements listed below.

To receive emails from DEC, type your email address in the box provided, click "Submit." You'll be asked to:

  • confirm your email address
  • choose your Email Delivery Preference (how frequently updates are delivered to you):
    • Send updates immediately by email -- (as they are released)
    • Send updates daily by email digest -- (receive all of your topic emails bundled together as 1 email on the day following their release)
    • Send updates weekly by email digest -- (receive all of your topic emails for the week on Sunday evenings, bundled together as 1 email)
  • provide Optional Password (not required) -- you can provide an optional password to add password protection to your subscriber preferences
  • Submit to see a list of our topic choices. Once you choose your topics and submit, you'll be prompted to provide your zip code which is optional

Subscriptions: To see your topics, delete topics, delete your account, view topic list and add or remove topics:

  1. Update preferences or unsubscribe type in the email address you subscribed with, submit
  2. To remove any topic, repeat step number 1, then put a check mark next to the topics you want to remove in the "check to delete" column, and submit. The topic(s) will disappear from your list, and you will receive an email confirming your deletion.
  3. To delete your account, repeat step number 1. Under your topic list select "Unsubscribe from all topics and delete my account." You'll be asked, "Are you sure you want to unsubscribe from all topics and delete your account? This operation cannot be undone." Click OK. "You have successfully unsubscribed" will appear, and you will receive email confirmation.
  4. To view the current topic list and add or remove subscription choices, repeat step number 1. Under your topic list select "View topic list and add or remove topics from your subscription." If you make any changes to your subscriptions, submit. You will receive an email confirming your changes.

Preferences: To update your email address, password, or change how often you receive emails

  • Repeat step number 1. Then select the Preferences tab at the top of the page. You can change your preferences any time on this page, submit.
