Dear Mr. Kelty:
The Office of Hearings and Mediation Services received your Freedom of Information Law ("FOIL") appeal by telecopy on November 27, 2007. In that appeal, you stated that you were filing the appeal because you had not received any response from Region 1 of the New York State Department of Conservation with respect to your
FOIL request No. 07-1132.
On November 29, 2007 you contacted me to advise that the regional office had located the requested records and arrangements were being made for you to review them. Accordingly, you requested that the FOIL appeal be considered withdrawn. Based on our conversation and your subsequent e-mail to me of same date, the FOIL appeal has been withdrawn and the appeal file has been closed.
