Re: Manhasset-Lakeville Water District
Freon Contamination
FOIL # 06-0080 (06-0079)
Appeal No. 06-06-1A
Dear Ms. Coghlan:
Department staff has informed this office that it has submitted to the Manhasset-Lakeville Water District the groundwater flow report that the District was seeking in its freedom of information law (FOIL) request of January 2006. In addition, staff is also sending the District the power point presentation based upon this report. When we spoke on March 9th, I advised you that I would be sending you this latter material as soon as I received it from staff. However, staff informed me today that it will be sending it directly to the District.
Based upon staff's actions, I understand that the above referenced FOIL appeal is now resolved. Accordingly, I am closing the file. Should you have any questions regarding this matter, please do not hesitate to contact me. In any communications with this office regarding this appeal, please use the above mentioned appeal number.
Very truly yours,
/s/
