DEC Report on Recommendations for Permitting of Hydraulic Fracturing Now Online
The 2011 draft Supplemental Generic Environmental Impact Statement for high-volume hydraulic fracturing is now available on the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation's website.
A link to the draft SGEIS webpage can also be found on DEC's homepage.
All news organizations that posted the July 1 version of the draft SGEIS to the web should remove that version and replace it with the version released today and now available on DEC's website.
