Draft SGEIS for the Lake George Deltas Sediment Management/Shoreline Restoration Project

The Draft Supplemental Generic Environmental Impact Statement for the Lake George Deltas Sediment Management/Shoreline Restoration Project (dSGEIS) has been developed by the Lake George Association on behalf of the towns of Hague and Bolton, and the private landowners of the Indian Brook Homeowners Association.

The dSGEIS is a supplement to the Final Generic Environmental Impact Statement for the Lake George Deltas Sediment Management/Shoreline Restoration Project that was previously accepted by the Lake George Park Commission, as lead agency, on April 20, 2004.

The dSGEIS has been accepted by the Department of Environmental Conservation Region 5 Enviromental Permits for public review. Comments on the dSGEIS will be accepted until August 1, 2013. Kindly submit your comments to:
