NYC Watershed Land Acquisition Program

New York State Department of Environmental Conservation Issues Water Supply Permit for the NYC Watershed

On December 24, 2010, the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation issued a Water Supply Permit to the New York City Department of Environmental Protection for the New York City Watershed. Since date of original issuance, modifications have been applied for and granted. Below is the current permit that reflects those modifications to date.
