This notice is to advise you that after a comprehensive review of the permit applications and comments received the Department has made a decision to approve the application by Lafarge North America, Inc. to use Tire Derived Fuel in the cement kilns at its Lafarge Building Materials, Inc. Facility in the Town of Coeyman, Albany County and next to Ravena New York. This decision includes the issuance of a Title V Permit Modification, a Solid Waste Permit and Solid Waste Beneficial Use Determination.
