New York Organic Fertilizer Company (NYOFCO)
The draft renewal of the Title V permit for the NYOFCO SLUDGE PELLETIZATION FACILITY (DECID 2-6007-00140) was publicly noticed on April 1, 2009. Based on comments received, the draft permit has been revised. It is currently undergoing the 45-day review by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA), as per 6 NYCRR Part 201-6.4(c), and is published here in proposed form. If the USEPA has no comment or objection to the permit, it will be issued.
