Region 7 Municipal and SWCD General Permits

The following General Permits replace the Memorandums of Understanding (MOU) for Municipalities and Soil and Water Conservation Districts. For those that previously used the MOU, you will find the General Permit (GP) to be a similar process. The GP, however, covers a broader range of projects with increased thresholds before requiring a regular permit review process.

Note: There is an authorization process that requires a minimal submission and in return has an accelerated review and approval turn around time.
