- Revision to Final Scoping Document
As revised by DEC in consultation with the Town of Rosendale on June 22, 2009, Subsection III(C)(5) now reads in its entirety (old text is in brackets [ ], new text is in bold):
5. Discuss and document the karstic characteristics of the aquifer on and adjacent to the site. Document groundwater flow and pathways in the project area using [well information] a comparison of the chemical signatures of surface and ground waters and [dye] tracer tests consistent with former ASTM Standard D5717-95. If aquifer (pump) tests are conducted for potential water supply wells, they must be designed to demonstrate the lack or presence of hydraulic connection with Williams Lake.
