TRP 08-24 Belleayre Conservatory Summer Music Festival

Project Description: The Department of Environmental Conservation is reviewing a TRP application to allow the Belleayre Conservatory to present Belleayre Music Festival which features 15 performances throughout the summer. Events include a wide variety of music and dance and include two free family concerts. The 2008 festival marks the 16th year of this event, and has been scheduled. Comments will be accepted until May 14, 2008.

TRP 08-29 Adirondack Scuba Inc.

Project Description: The Department of Environmental Conservation is reviewing a TRP application to allow Adirondack Scuba, Inc., to access Lake George from Hearthstone Point and Rogers Rock Public Campgrounds. Adirondack Scuba will use Lake George frontage for instructor supervised diving activities. Adirondack Scuba, Inc., will have access to the recreation facilities from the time they open until the time they close for the season. Comments will be accepted until May 21, 2008.

TRP 08-33 Divemaster Services Inc.

Project Description: The Department of Environmental Conservation is reviewing a TRP application to allow Divemaster Services, Inc. to utilize a portion of the Lake George frontage at Hearthstone Public Campground for the purpose of instructor supervised diving activities. The activity will not impact the public's ability to access and utilize the Lake or other facilities, and would be authorized only while the facilities are open to the public from May through October 31st. The permit will be in addition to users also obtaining a Day Use permit to enter the facilities for the authorized activities. Comments will be accepted until May 28th, 2008.
