Access:

Canal corporation hand launch site in the Town of Ohio, on South Lake Road; one mile from the Village of Atwell.

Fish Species:

Brook Trout, Lake Chub, Creek Chub, Brown Bullhead

Fishing:

South Lake held the state record for brook trout for a short time. Quality brook trout are available. Typical brook trout angling techniques such as trolling a wobbler and worm or a small rapala are good bets for success.
