Snyders Lake

Elevation: 488 feet
Area: 108 acres
Shoreline Length: 1.9 miles
Length: 0.7 miles
Max Depth: 39 feet
Mean Depth: 18 feet
Town: North Greenbush

Access:

Boat ramp at end of Troy Avenue with no available parking at ramp. Day fees apply in season. Possible parking at the Dedrick Recreational Faciltiy.

Fish Species:

American Eel, Chain Pickerel, Common Carp, Golden Shiner, Common Shiner, White Sucker, Brown Bullhead, Banded Killifish, White Perch, Rock Bass, Pumpkinseed, Bluegill, Smallmouth Bass, Largemouth Bass, White Crappie, Black Crappie, Tessellated Darter, Yellow Perch, Walleye

Fishing:

Anglers have reported good walleye fishing within this lake. There is also good numbers of largmouth bass, smallmouth bass, bluegills and yellow perch. The lake is stocked with approximately 2,000 spring walleye fingerlings annually.

Icefishing:

Permitted.
